Class Cancellations + Refunds

Life happens - we understand. Because class sizes are small and we prepare materials ahead of time, the following policy applies to all Nana Sport crochet classes.

Cancelling or rescheduling a class follows the same timeframes below.

More than 7 days before the class

You can cancel your booking for a full refund. Easy.

Within 7 days of the class

You’ll receive 100% Nana Sport credit to use towards another class.

Within 48 hours of the class

By this stage your seat has been saved and your kit prepared, so we’re unable to offer refunds or credits.

If you can’t attend, you’re very welcome to send a friend in your place - just let us know beforehand.

No-shows

If you miss your class without letting us know, we’re unable to offer a refund or credit. (We’ll miss you though.)

Arriving late

Please arrive on time so you can enjoy the full class and settle in with your drink before we start.

If you arrive more than 20 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you, as the class will already be underway.

If Nana Sport needs to cancel

Very occasionally we may need to cancel or reschedule a class (for example, if Nana catches a cold or the venue throws us a curveball).

If this happens, you’ll receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another date.

A small favour

Seats are limited, so we really appreciate as much notice as possible if your plans change.
