Returns + Refund Policy
For when your crochet kit dreams and reality don’t quite knit together.
At Nana Sport, we want you to be absolutely stoked with your DIY crochet kit. But if things unravel (literally or emotionally), don’t worry - we have a returns policy that’s as fair as it is mildly amusing.
Change of mind
Not vibing with the kit you picked? Maybe you had a moment of wild ambition and realised crochet’s not your thing after all - no judgement.
You can return full-priced, unused kits for a refund or store credit within 30 days of delivery.
Here’s the deal:
- Kit must be unopened, with all bits and bobs intact (hooks, yarn, instructions - the works)
- Packaging must be in re-sellable condition (not chewed on by a pet or accidentally used as a coaster)
- You are responsible for return shipping cost (unless you’ve figured out how to crochet a stamp)
To get started, email us at hugs@nanasport.com.au with your order number, reason for return, and photos (if product is faulty). We’ll sort you out — no awkward small talk required.
Exchanges
Changed your mind about your kit? Or want a different colour? We don’t do direct swaps, but you can return your kit (it must be as new) and place a fresh order for the one you really want.
Faulty or incomplete kits
Missing yarn? Bent hook? Pattern printed in an ancient cryptic language (or just upside down)? If something’s wrong with your kit, let us know within 7 days of receiving it.
Email hugs@nanasport.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and a pic or two. We’ll offer a replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on what’s gone wrong.
Sale items
Sale items are a one-way ticket - we’re unable to offer returns or refunds on these unless they arrive damaged or defective.
The knitty gritty
- Refunds go back to your original payment method - allow a few business days for it to hit your account.
- Store credits don’t expire (because neither should your creative spirit).
- We reserve the right to reject returns that show signs of use (we can tell when a yarn ball’s been fiddled with - we have that sixth sense).
