Shipping policy

At Nana Sport, we know you’re keen to get your hands on the good stuff. Rest assured, we don’t muck around when it comes to dispatching your order. Here's everything you need to know:

Processing Time

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 business days - because we're not monsters. Orders are packed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and spontaneous naps).

You’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has hit the road.

Shipping Methods & Rates

All orders are shipped via the trusty folks at Australia Post. You can choose between:


AUSTRALIA

Standard Delivery: $10.00 - affordable and steady, like your Nan’s Volvo.
Express Post: $15.00 - faster than your nephew on red cordial.

Estimated delivery times:

Standard Delivery: 2–8 business days
Express Post: 1–3 business days (depending on where you live and how friendly your postie is)


NEW ZEALAND

Standard Shipping: approx $27 NZD - a short hop across the ditch

Estimated delivery time: 5–9 business days

Final shipping cost is shown at checkout in your local currency.

Note: These are estimates. We’d hand-deliver if we could, but teleportation still isn’t a thing sadly.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within Australia and New Zealand.

If you're outside of these countries and heartbroken reading this, we feel you. We hope to deliver to more countries down the track - but for now, we’re keeping things close to home.

As soon as your order leaves us, you'll get a tracking number via email. Keep an eye on it like it’s your UberEats delivery.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel's gone rogue, check the tracking link first. Still no luck? Flick us a message at hugs@nanasport.com.au - and we’ll get onto it faster than you can say “where’s my kit?”
